ProfilerConsulting in Brussels is offering a paid internship for Master’s students to dive into HR consultancy and executive recruitment. You’ll work closely with consultants, gain experience in recruitment missions, and develop skills in candidate evaluation and market research.

You will have ownership from day one, receive coaching and mentorship, and join a dynamic, international team in the heart of Europe. This internship lasts at least six months and includes real responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's student or equivalent in progress.
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• Available for minimum 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Work with consultants on recruitment missions from approach to candidate evaluation.
• Identify relevant candidates for clients and understand function descriptions.
• Coach and mentor junior Head Hunters as you grow.
• Contribute to office growth through market research and candidate sourcing.

What are you going to do?

Your role will be to work in close cooperation with the consultants. More precisely:

You will :

• Gain valuable experience into the fast-paced consulting industry
• Lead your own recruitment missions: the approach, the selection and the candidate evaluation
• Contribute to the growth of our office by helping us identify relevant candidates for our clients, in consistency with the market trend (you will be trained to understand function descriptions to identify interesting profiles)
• Train and coach new Head Hunters as your seniority will grow

This is much more than an observational internship, you'll have ownership, autonomy and a real impact.

Who are we looking for?

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree
• Proficiency in English and another European language
• Able to provide an internship agreement from your university.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months
• Previous internship experience would be an asset
