HumanInTech is seeking a skilled Java/Angular migration specialist for a four-month assignment in Brussels. You will lead the technical migration from Angular 15 to Angular 22, while ensuring regression tests and documentation keep pace with changes.

The role requires strong Java/Spring experience in multi-system environments and a proactive, collaboration-driven approach. You may join as a freelancer or an employee; if employed, the engagement may continue beyond the assignment.

What you will do

You will work on the technical migration of several Java and Angular applications currently running on Angular 15 to a more recent version (target Angular 22). Your responsibilities include:

• Performing the technical migration of multiple applications from Angular 15 to Angular 22
• Developing and executing regression tests throughout the migration process, adapting them based on the modifications made to each application
• Documenting all changes carefully to manage regression risks effectively
• Communicating with key users about the migration and its impact

The applications are maintained for a social security institution and are built using Java and Angular.

The setting

This is an assignment for 4 months, starting as soon as possible and running until the end of December 2026. The work is hybrid, with regular presence on site in Brussels required. You will be working within an agile team environment using Scrum methodologies.
