Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Jr Financial Analyst – Treasury Risk, Control & Compliance for a 6-month contract in Beerse, Belgium. You will contribute to transactional controls, cash visibility, and reporting within a global treasury environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Controlling, authorising, and settling financial transactions.
• Maintaining access to Treasury applications.
• Business partnering across international treasury organisation (banks, affiliates, audit, cash management).
• Identifying continuous improvements and challenging the status quo.
• Supporting global cash visibility for all affiliates (EMEA, ASPAC, US, LATAM).
• Financial reporting by collecting and validating data from other teams and regions.
• Providing process and system expertise for complex transactions/settlements worldwide (e.g. acquisitions).

Jr Financial Analyst – Treasury Risk, Control & Compliance

• Duration of the contract: 6 months (with possible extension)

roles and responsibilities

The Risk, Control and Compliance Group is a key player and shares responsibilities in the operational excellence of Treasury.

This will involve:

• Controlling, authorising, and settling financial transactions
• Maintaining the user access to all Treasury applications
• Business partnering across the international treasury organisation (including external banks, J&J affiliates worldwide, external/internal audit, and cash management teams)
• Identifying continuous improvements and challenging the status quo
• Supporting global cash visibility for all affiliates in the different regions (EMEA, ASPAC, US, LATAM)
• Financial reporting, by collecting and validating data from other teams and regions
• Providing process and system expertise, with relation to the execution of complex transactions/settlements worldwide (i.e. acquisitions)

• You hold a Master’s degree in Economics (Master of Applied Economics, Commercial Engineer, MBA ...) or equivalent.
• You have a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• You are accurate and have strong analytical skills.
• You are flexible, eager to learn, highly motivated, hands‑on, and stress-resistant.

This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for 6 months.
