Join our Reform team, which focuses on European projects in areas such as digitalization, EU citizenship rights, public administration, international development, technical assistance, and capacity building. Our primary goal is to design and implement reforms that foster sustainable growth and improve the lives of citizens and business activities across Member States and neighbouring countries.

As an EU Policy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects and tenders to EU institutions and national governments, covering a wide range of policy areas including energy, mobility, sustainability, climate change, and public finance management among others. Your work will involve conducting economic analyses, policy research, and engaging in communication and outreach initiatives through various stakeholder engagement techniques. We are looking for new junior profiles to reinforce our team as from the 25th of August '25.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conducting data search and collection in project workstreams (including desk research, statistical data analysis, surveys, interviews, case studies, focus groups, and literature reviews).
• Supporting the drafting of deliverables and proposals.
• Assisting with project workstreams, needs assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
• Managing external experts and stakeholder relationships.
• Meeting project deadlines while ensuring high-quality contributions.

Qualifications

• Master in EU studies, political science and international comparative studies, economics or related;
• You are fluent in English, other languages are an asset;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package;
• Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Proactivity, intellectual curiosity, openness to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment and in a team with good degree of autonomy;
• The position is entry level for fresh graduates, however past job experience or internships in consulting firms, research institutes/universities and/or EU Institutions will be considered as well.
