Job summary

Ernst & Young (EY) Consulting is seeking Junior Consultants to reinforce our Enterprise Risk team within Consulting. You will support public and private sector clients to identify and manage risks, focusing on sustainability and AI, while developing risk-based audit plans and ERM frameworks.

You’ll work in a fast-paced multinational environment, travel up to 20% of the time, and benefit from EY’s learning programs, mentorship and a clear career path designed to grow your leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Economics or an Engineering field with strong business management aspects.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; French is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint; experience with data tools (ACL, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work autonomously.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of time; thrive in a fast-paced multinational environment.
• Interest in AI trends and applying AI in professional context.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and manage risks with focus on sustainability and AI.
• Execute and report Internal Audits by reviewing internal controls and suggesting improvements.
• Develop Risk Based Internal Audit Plans.
• Develop or improve Enterprise Risk Management and Third Party Risk Management frameworks.
• Implement Internal Control environments (COSO, SOX, JSOX).
• Review compliance management frameworks for regulatory compliance.
• Support Digital Risk projects.
