Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to support the CMS 2.0 program in the energy sector. You will bridge business needs and IT solutions, ensuring evolution of market processes and systems, with a focus on SAP IS-U.

You will work across testing, coordination, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent requirements and smooth deployments within the CMS 2.0 initiative.

Qualifications

• Bridge business requirements and IT constraints.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis.
• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Experience as BA/FA on SAP IS-U projects in energy.
• Native or near-native French (C2).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, functional principles, and use cases for CMS 2.0; focus on SAP IS-U impacts.
• Draft impact analyses, functional specs, business rules, and process maps for changes.
• Assess MIG-DGO flows, data management and interfaces between CMS and client back-end.
• Identify dependencies and raise items needing functional or strategic decisions.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and alignment with program principles.
