ERM is seeking a Junior Consultant Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) in Belgium. You will assess environmental and safety performance, support audits and due diligence, and contribute to sustainability projects across industries.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, receive coaching, and grow your consulting skills from day one. We offer a flexible hybrid working scheme with offices in Antwerp and Brussels.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Dutch fluency is also requested.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high-quality output.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and quick learning in consulting.
• Client-facing abilities and relationship-building within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Assess environmental, health and safety performance at facilities.
• Participate in EHS compliance audits and site assessments.
• Support due diligence projects for mergers, acquisitions and investments.
• Identify risks and improvement actions for clients and project teams.
• Prepare clear, high-quality reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with ERM experts across Europe and globally.
