Datashift is looking for a Junior Data & AI Strategy Analyst starting September 2027. You’ll analyze business challenges, translate insights into data and AI opportunities, and support strategic roadmaps. Proficiency in Python, SQL and Excel, plus fluent Dutch/French and English, are expected. A Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data or AI is preferred.

Your responsibilities

You will help organizations make smarter, data-driven decisions. Your work combines analytical thinking with strategic insight and clear visual communication.

Analyze business challenges and translate them into actionable data & AI opportunities.

Support the creation of strategic roadmaps, capabilityassessmentsand business cases.

Turn complex findings into clear, compelling slides and presentations.

Perform data analysis using tools such as Excel,SQLand Python to support strategic recommendations.

Contribute to workshops,interviewsand research to understand customer goals and pain points.

Job requirements

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Skilled at structuring ideas logically and presenting them both visually (slide writing) and verbally (public speaking)

Basic technical understanding of Python,SQLand Excel

A passion for bridging business needs and technology

Fluent in Dutch and/or French, and English.

Master’s degree — preferably in Business, Engineering, Data or AI
