Plainsight is looking for a recent graduate to explore data, AI, and software on real projects. You’ll learn by doing, work across data engineering, analytics, data science, GenAI, and software, and contribute to multiple projects with coaching from experienced colleagues.

You’ll join a team that values fast learning, ownership, and collaboration. Offices in Ghent and Mechelen with hybrid work and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and a sharp analytical mind.
• Proficient or native Dutch, and solid English.
• Curiosity about data, AI, and software with a practical streak.

Responsabilités

• Build data pipelines, models, and analytics environments.
• Help create dashboards, reports, and self‑service BI.
• Support machine learning and AI use cases; GenAI solutions.
