Forvis Mazars in Ghent is seeking a Junior Corporate Tax Consultant to support clients in tax compliance and reporting, prepare corporate tax returns, and assist with due diligence in acquisitions.

You will stay informed on tax legislation changes, draft tax opinions, and manage client files with support from a senior consultant, in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law, (Applied) Economics, or a Postgraduate in Tax.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English, written and spoken.
• Client-focused with a hands-on attitude.
• Highly motivated with strong communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems pragmatically.
• Eager to learn and a good team player.

Forvis Mazars is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team in Ghent as a Junior Corporate Tax Consultant.
In this role, you will support our national and international clients in meeting their tax compliance and reporting obligations. You will be involved in preparing corporate income tax returns, calculating income tax provisions, and assisting with due diligence work related to corporate acquisitions. You will stay informed about developments in tax legislation and have the opportunity to draft tax opinions across various tax domains. You will manage your own client files with direct client contact, supported by a senior consultant and working closely within the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist national and international clients in meeting tax compliance and reporting demands;
• Prepare corporate income tax returns and compute income tax provisions;
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation;

About You

• Master’s degree in Law, (Applied) Economics, or a Postgraduate in Tax;
• Excellent knowledge and communication skills in Dutch (or French) and English, both written and spoken;
• Client‑focused with a hands‑on attitude;
• Highly motivated with strong communication skills;
• Ability to solve complex problems in a pragmatic and qualitative way;
