NORRIQ Financial Services is seeking rising star consultants to join its fast-growing banking-focused practice. You will support KYC/AML projects, work across banking transformation teams, and grow into a trusted advisor bridging business and technology, with continuous mentorship and training.

From day one, you will engage with stakeholders, translate needs into requirements, and identify improvements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enable regulatory change in a dynamic financial

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Criminology or similar.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Your Key Responsibilities As Rising Star Consultant

• Compliance Team – Join as a KYC or AML Analyst and contribute to strengthening banks’ regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Banking Transformation Team – Start your career as a Junior Business Analyst and grow into a key role bridging business and technology.
• Banking Advisor Consultant – Develop your commercial skills while gaining hands‑on experience in the banking sector.

From Day One, You Will

Our Rising Stars Consultants

• Have a master's degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Criminology or similar.
• Have experience or show strong interest in the finance/banking industry.
• Have analytical and problem‑solving skills and a consultant mindset.
• Can work independently and in a team environment.
• Are Dutch/French native with strong knowledge of the other and fluency in English.
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools.
