Business Analyst / Process Engineer - Banking – NORRIQ Financial Services

The Opportunity
New challenges and opportunities are reshaping financial services. We are strengthening our Banking Transformation team with business / process analysts between 2 and 6 years of experience across areas including Daily Banking, Lending, Wealth & Asset Management, Payments and (anti) Financial Crime.
As a consultant, you will guide financial institutions through their digital transformation journeys, co-developing innovative concepts, creating prototypes, Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct in-depth interviews and analyze business processes, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities in line with strategic objectives
- Identify, prioritize, and align business requirements with strategic objectives, developing comprehensive project plans to ensure seamless execution and value delivery
- Conduct feasibility studies to ensure proposed solutions are viable and achievable
- Identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve overall business performance
- Develop and present business cases that support project initiatives
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine implemented solutions, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes and adapting strategies based on client feedback and performance metrics
- Seamlessly integrate into agile project teams, effectively taking on roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business/Process Analyst
- Use data-driven insights to co-create innovative solutions aligned with industry trends
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions by engaging with stakeholders and managing the organizational impacts of transformations
Qualifications
- Have a master degree or assimilated
- Have experience or show strong interest in the finance/banking industry
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can work independently and in a team environment
- Are fluent in English and in Dutch or French, with at least a passive knowledge of the other language
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools
