Program Details

• Start September 2026

Your Key Responsibilities as Rising Star Consultant

We offer multiple career paths to kickstart your journey:

• Compliance Team – Join as a KYC or AML Analyst and contribute to strengthening banks’ regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Banking Transformation Team – Start your career as a Junior Business Analyst and grow into a key role bridging business and technology.
• Banking Advisor Consultant – Develop your commercial skills while gaining hands‑on experience in the banking sector.

From day one, you will:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify pain points, and uncover improvement opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and contribute to delivering impactful, value‑driven projects.
• Identify efficiency gains and recommend solutions to optimise performance, reduce costs, and support transformation initiatives.

Our Rising Stars Consultants

• Have a master's degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Criminology or similar.
• Have experience or show strong interest in the finance/banking industry.
• Have analytical and problem‑solving skills and a consultant mindset.
• Can work independently and in a team environment.
• Are Dutch/French native with strong knowledge of the other and fluency in English.
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools.
