VS Consulting Group is seeking a Junior Finance Consultant in Brussels to transform finance processes for clients as a trusted business partner. You will work with the two founders and gain exposure to leadership in a small, international team.

Role covers accounting,controlling and FP&A with dashboards, budgeting and KPI analyses; experience in Odoo is a plus, and there is room for rapid growth within a human-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• First relevant experience in accounting/controlling across sectors is required.
• Consulting experience is a big plus.
• Experience in accounting/controlling in various sectors is a must.
• Fluent in English and/or French and/or Dutch.
• AI & IT-minded; knowledge of Odoo is an asset.
• Strong stakeholder management, entrepreneurship, solution-mindedness and initiative.

VS Consulting Group is hiring !We are looking for Junior Finance Consultant focused on Accounting, Controlling and FP&A.

Specialized in financial consulting, our clients range from startups/scaleups, SME's to big corporations within various sectors (manufacturing, services, SaaS, retail, etc.). We are a team of 20 people and we deliver diverse projects such as accounting & financial reporting, controlling, treasury, fund raising and finance transformation.

You will be part of a team that is lead by one of our founders with almost 20 years experience and leading CFO missions for various clients. About the Role

As Junior Finance Consultant, you will address critical challenges and transform finance processes for our customers acting as a true business partner.

You will work closely with our two founding partners and benefit from their leadership and finance expertise.

If you have the can-do attitude, the goal is to fast-track to a senior position.

Depending on your projects, your tasks will include accounting & admin (AP, AR, GL, …), FP&A with creation of dashboards, budgeting, KPI analyses, controlling, and treasury operations.

• Take an active part in business & strategy to drive our client’s growth.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• You have at least a first relevant experience in accounting/controlling in various sectors..
• Consulting experience is a big plus.
• Experience in accounting/controlling in various sectors is a must.
• You are fluent in English/French and/or Dutch.
• You are AI & IT-minded (knowledge of Odoo is an asset).
• You have what it takes to represent VS Consulting at our clients meaning you have good stakeholder management, entrepreneurship spirit, are solution-minded, good presentation skills and an initiative-taker.
