Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law, criminology, economics, business, commercial engineering, risk management, data or a related field.
• Curious about financial services, regulation and how technology is changing compliance.
• Enjoy analysing information and turning complex questions into clear answers.
• Take initiative, communicate openly and work with diverse perspectives.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with good English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC and AML reviews of client files, transactions and alerts and support remediation or backlog projects.
• Apply client procedures and regulatory requirements with guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Help monitor quality and identify recurring issues to suggest practical improvements.
• Gain exposure to digital compliance by working with client systems, workflow tools and data.
• Prepare clear updates and collaborate with client teams and colleagues.
