Reply, a network of specialised companies, is hiring a Junior Business Analyst to gather and translate business needs into functional analyses and user stories in a dynamic tech environment in Brussels/Belgium. You will bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, facilitate workshops, and help optimize processes and customer journeys.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners, participation in testing, and ensuring solutions align with business expectations.

Formación

• Up to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or other relevant Technology degrees.
• Solid understanding of business analysis fundamentals.
• Experience working with product, IT, or business teams.
• Previous experience conducting workshops, requirements gathering and process analysis.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with a very good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business needs from stakeholders.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and identify improvements.
