Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications or related field.
• Experience in marketing/brand management is a plus (internship or up to 2 years).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Brand Specialist to join our team. As a Junior Brand Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our brand development efforts and ensuring consistency in our brand messaging across all channels. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in brand management within a dynamic and global organization.

The role is full time and located in Brussels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help execute brand initiatives
• Support the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, brand books, brand standards, and additional brand materials.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on all brand related topics, including but not limited to brand consistency and validation on press releases, collaterals (hotel, regional, global), Business Development brand tools etc.
• Assist in the development and production of new branded collateral, always ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Provide administrative support to the brand team including budget, internal presentations and organisation of key information and documentation.

Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies to increase brand awareness and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience (up to 2 years) in marketing, brand management, hospitality or a related role is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills
