You will receive comprehensive training and work a flexible schedule from 7 AM to 10 PM, including about one Saturday per month. The role offers a permanent contract, with a monthly gross salary between €2,253 and €3,036, plus vouchers and insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Interest in banking and financial services.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work between 7:00 and 22:00, including about one Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, chat and email.
• Support everyday banking transactions and digital applications for customers.
• Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate guidance.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify commercial opportunities.
