Loyens & Loeff N.V. invites applications for Junior Associates (trainee lawyers) to begin in September 2027 in Corporate M&A, Direct/Indirect Tax and Employment groups.

Candidates should have a Belgian law master’s degree with an excellent academic record, fluent Dutch or French, strong English, and good language skills in the second Belgian language. We value proactive, team-oriented, client-focused individuals.

• Strong command of Dutch or French, with proficient English.

• Corporate M&A (Dutch/French-speaking)
• Direct/ Indirect Tax (Dutch/French-speaking)
• Employment (Dutch-speaking)

Are you the one we are looking for?

• In the academic year of 2026-2027 you will obtain (or you already hold) a master’s degree in Belgian law with an excellent academic track record;
• You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch or French, an excellent level of English and at least a good passive knowledge of the 2nd Belgian language (Dutch or French);
• You are able to present some relevant extracurricular activities;
• You work proactively and you are results-oriented;
• You are a team player and you communicate easily and effectively with both your colleagues and clients;
• You are able to perform in-depth and creative analysis and to find pragmatic solutions that meet your client’s requirements;
• You eager to develop within a quality professional environment.
