BBC is seeking a Junior Art Director in Belgium (Mechelen or Ghent). You will shape visuals from rough briefs, build on brand identities, and collaborate with fellow creatives in a B2B context. The role emphasizes learning, creativity, and a hands-on approach within a flat, collaborative team.

You will work under the Creative Lead, translate concepts into striking visuals, and embrace generative AI to speed up and elevate outcomes. A permanent position in Belgium is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a creative designer or art director.
• Fluent in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• English fluent; Dutch is a bonus.
• Collaborative mindset in a flat structure; long-term commitment in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Keep our visual output sharp and cohesive across brands.
• Translate vision into design for branding or campaigns.
• Think critically with the Creative Lead and push back when needed.
• Explore and integrate generative AI into the creative workflow.
• Raise the bar and share new tricks with the team.
• Bring the envisioned image to life, regardless of tools.
