BBC is a creative B2B marketing agency with offices in Mechelen and Ghent. We are seeking a Client Lead / B2B Marketing Specialist to be the strategic partner for a portfolio of key international clients and to drive real business impact.

You will define and implement the strategic vision for accounts, build senior-level relationships, ensure high-quality delivery, and manage profitability while coaching Client Managers. Fluent English is required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client management or marketing, preferably B2B
• Experience with international clients and complex marketing challenges
• Proven track record managing large budgets and long-term contracts
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or equivalent

Your role

As a Client Lead / B2B Marketing Specialist, you are the strategic partner for a portfolio of key (often international) clients

• You define and implement the strategic vision for your accounts
• You build strong relationships at senior and C-level
• You ensure high-quality delivery across campaigns and projects
• You manage profitability and sustainable growth of your portfolio
• You coach and guide Client Managers

Your profile

Experience & expertise

• 7+ years of experience in client management or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Experience with international clients and complex marketing challenges
• Proven track record managing large budgets and long-term contracts

Background

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of B2B strategy, branding and digital transformation

Skills

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

Languages

• Fluent in English (must-have)
• Dutch is a plus
• Additional languages are an asset
