Antwerp Management School (AMS) invites applications for a Junior Accountant to join our financial team in Antwerp. You will contribute to daily accounting processes, maintain accurate records, and support the team with both operational and analytical tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, has 1–2 years of accounting experience, and is fluent in Dutch and English. Proficiency in Navision and familiarity with BE GAAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Familiar with BE GAAP principles.
• Proficient with Navision; knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilités

• Process and book purchase invoices with accuracy.
• Book bank transactions and ensure correct recording.
• Register teachers' fees using SD software.
• Prepare and process outgoing invoices.
• Perform general ledger bookings to support financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, and IC reports.
• Support quarterly and year-end closings in BE GAAP.
