Smulders is seeking a driven ICT Project Manager to lead a broad portfolio of digitalisation projects, connecting business, ICT and external partners to ensure successful implementation.

You will manage projects end‑to‑end, from analysis and planning to go‑live and follow‑up, ensuring scope, timing and budgets are controlled while driving user adoption and change management.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, CS, business or a technical field.
• Experience in ICT project management from analysis to implementation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and structured, ownership‑driven work.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid PM methods.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ICT and digitalisation projects from idea to implementation, coordinating business, ICT and external partners.
• Translate business needs into project scope, planning, requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor timing, budget, quality, resources, risks and dependencies, taking action as needed.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and bridge between business and ICT.
• Organise project meetings and steering committees; ensure clear communication and decision-making.
• Manage external suppliers and implementation partners; follow up on agreements and deliverables.
• Oversee testing, cybersecurity, GDPR, change management and user adoption for successful implementation.
• Contribute to digitalisation, automation, standardisation and process improvement at Smulders.

Are you a driven ICT Project Manager with a passion for digitalisation, technology and process improvement? At Smulders, you will manage a wide range of ICT projects from initial idea through to successful implementation. You connect business, ICT and external partners, ensuring that solutions not only work from a technical perspective but are also successfully adopted by the organisation.

• You manage ICT and digitalisation projects from A to Z, from business analysis and planning through to implementation, go-live and follow-up.
• You translate business needs into a clear project scope, planning, requirements and deliverables.
• You monitor timing, budget, quality, resources, risks and dependencies, taking action whenever needed.
• You coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and act as the bridge between business and ICT.
• You organise project meetings and steering committees and ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
• You manage external suppliers and implementation partners and follow up on agreements and deliverables.
• You oversee testing, cybersecurity, GDPR, change management and user adoption to ensure a successful implementation.
• You actively contribute to digitalisation, automation, standardisation and process improvement within Smulders.
• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in ICT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• You have relevant experience in ICT project management and in managing projects from analysis through to implementation.
• You are familiar with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid project management. Knowledge of PRINCE2 or PMP is a plus.
• You have sufficient technical affinity with software, cloud, infrastructure, integrations and data to collaborate effectively with ICT specialists.
• You are strong in stakeholder management and know how to bring together different interests and perspectives.
• You communicate clearly, work in a structured way and maintain an overview, even when managing several projects or workstreams at the same time.
• You are pragmatic and results-oriented and take ownership.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.

What you're good at

You don't need to tick every box. But we'll be even more excited if:

• you have experience with ERP, software, cloud or digitalisation projects;
• you have managed projects within an industrial, manufacturing or engineering environment;
• you have experience with change management and user adoption;
• you are familiar with tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira, Teams or SharePoint;
• you thrive on change and know how to bring people along when introducing new ways of working.
