Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels, a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, specializes in inspection, maintenance and repair of LEAP jet engines at Brussels Airport. We seek an Inspector (Jet Engines) to ensure quality, safety and airworthiness with a strong focus on procedures, traceability and compliance.

You will perform dismantled engine part inspections, evaluate components, and coordinate action in the ERP system while upholding high standards in an international MRO context.

Qualifications

• High school diploma in mechanics, aeronautics or related field
• Solid knowledge of aircraft engines
• Strong focus on quality, safety and compliance
• Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure

Responsabilités

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on dismantled engine parts following approved procedures
• Evaluate parts, modules or engines and record decisions in ERP system
• Launch and follow up required actions based on inspection findings
• Use appropriate tools, materials and inspection methods
• Ensure full traceability by closing inspection tasks
• Define future configuration of parts and modules
• Carry out incoming inspections after repair or purchase
• Perform final inspections after internal repairs
