Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels, located at Brussels Airport, specializes in inspection, maintenance and repair of LEAP jet engines powering the Airbus A320NEO and Boeing B737 MAX families.

We have expanded our team of Jet Engine Mechanics and seek individuals who combine strong technical skills with a passion for aircraft engines. You will work in a two-shift system and contribute to safety, quality and traceability across our operations.

Qualifications

• Technical high school diploma in mechanics or aeronautics is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in aircraft engines.
• Excellent technical English; Dutch and/or French are advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
• Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural team.

Responsabilités

• Managing engine induction into the workshop and reporting defects or damage.
• Dismantling and assembling engine modules.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Participating in continuous improvement projects and documenting work for traceability.
• Reporting anomalies in work instructions and proposing improvements.

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels, a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, is located at Brussels Airport (Zaventem & Steenokkerzeel, Belgium). As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a limited number of additional mechanics who combine strong technical skills, precision and a genuine passion for aircraft engines. We are looking for people who aspire to become true LEAP engine specialists and who want to contribute to one of the world's leading LEAP engine MRO facilities.

Your Role

As a Jet Engine Mechanic, you will ensure the airworthiness and performance of LEAP engines through maintenance, disassembly & assembly. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing engine induction into the workshop and reporting defects or damage
• Dismantling and assembling engine modules
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements
• Participating in continuous improvement projects
• Completing technical documentation for traceability
• Reporting anomalies in work instructions and proposing improvements
