JD.com (JINGDONG) Belgium invites you to join the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program. Over 3–6 months, you will gain hands-on exposure to real projects, support station operations, and learn from experienced teams in a fast-paced, global logistics environment.

You will pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation planned for 2026/2027, and demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Fluency in English is essential, with knowledge of Chinese, Dutch, or French seen as a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Operations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of delivery station.
• Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers.
• Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily station KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Team Communication: Lead daily stand-ups and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with transport network and customer service to resolve real-time issues.
