Job summary

DHL Express Belgium is seeking an IT Asset and Configuration Management specialist to execute ITIL Asset and CMDB processes, maintain accurate CMDB data, CIs and relationships, and provide reports.

In this role you will create and maintain CIs and assets, update CMDB after changes, perform verifications, fix discrepancies, and support stakeholders with ACM activities while contributing to continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in Asset/Configuration Management or ITSM.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong attention to data quality and detail.
• Analytical thinking and teamwork in a multicultural setting.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

Executes ITIL Asset and Configuration Management processes and maintains accurate CMDB data, Configuration Items (CIs), assets and relationships. Perform verifications to ensure data completeness and quality and providing reports.

• Good ServiceNow CMDB knowledge.
• Understanding of infrastructure technologies and ITIL processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Analytical thinking and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of GAIT operations and cross-functional dependencies.
• Good understanding of Express business processes and stakeholder landscape.
• Good understanding of Configuration Management and CMDB concepts.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT environments including operating systems, networking and business applications.
• Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed environments.
