Are you ready to discover the role of a ITAM - ServiceNow Operations Analyst in Netcompany?

As a ITAM – ServiceNow Operations Analyst, you will

• Support and maintain the ServiceNow HAM module, ensuring smooth operation and timely updates.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents and requests, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize hardware asset management processes.
• Analyze asset data and business processes to improve efficiency and support automated workflows.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, aligning on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Document processes, specifications, and solutions, and present updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, including over 1 year working with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), covering asset lifecycle, data integrity, and reporting.
• Strong background in data analysis and defining processes to drive workflow automation and efficiency.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA; proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, multi-task, adapt to change, and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent command of English and good knowledge of French.
• Additional strengths include knowledge of Integration Hub, REST APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Flow Designer, HAM CIS, Integration Hub).
