Nexeo is seeking an IT Solution Architect to lead the target architecture for a new Anti-Money Laundering platform in Brussels. You will define the overall blueprint and support delivery teams to ensure scalable, interoperable data architectures across operational and analytical environments.

The role requires 6+ years in IT solution architecture, strong data platform experience, and collaboration with stakeholders across Product, Security, and Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in IT Solution Architecture.
• Strong experience in solution architecture within data-related environments.
• Proven experience designing and building data platforms.
• Experience with the architecture and evolution of data products.
• Strong understanding of interoperability between operational and analytical environments.

Responsabilités

• Produce incremental solution architecture deliverables in line with quarterly agile planning (QAP).
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, sustainable architectures.

Nexeo is currently looking for an IT Solution Architect to join the team of one of our leading banking clients in Brussels, supporting the creation of a new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) platform for several banks.

You will play a key role in defining the target architecture and overall solution blueprint of this strategic AML platform, while supporting implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in data platforms, data products and interoperability, ideally within banking or financial services.

Your Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Define and deliver the overall solution architecture blueprint for the new AML platform.
• Produce incremental solution architecture deliverables in line with quarterly agile planning (QAP).
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, sustainable and efficient architectures.
• Contribute to architectural studies and projects related to the evolution of the platform.

Data Architecture

• Design and evolve data platforms and data products.
• Define solutions ensuring interoperability between operational and analytical environments.
• Assess architectural dependencies, impacts and technical risks.
• Contribute to the evolution of internally developed and package-based solutions.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Tribe Management and other architects.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Provide architectural guidance and support to implementation and development teams.
• Facilitate architectural decisions and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve architectural efficiency, scalability and performance.
• Support innovation and the adoption of new technologies and architectural approaches.
• Ensure solutions remain aligned with enterprise strategy, security and resilience requirements.

Your Profile

• 6+ years of professional experience in IT Solution Architecture.
• Strong experience in solution architecture within data-related environments.
• Proven experience designing and building data platforms.
• Experience with the architecture and evolution of data products.
• Strong understanding of interoperability between operational and analytical environments.
• Experience working in large-scale and complex IT environments.
• Experience in Agile / scaled Agile environments.
• A solid IT / Computer Science background.
