A leading international professional services organization is looking for a skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to strengthen its internal IT service operations. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring exceptional service delivery across global teams, fostering strong supplier relationships, and continuously improving service quality and user satisfaction.

Your Impact

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Drive high-quality service delivery aligned with business expectations
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring service excellence
  • Oversee supplier performance and manage contracts, SLAs, and escalations
  • Lead initiatives that enhance serviceprocesses and operational efficiency
  • Consolidate service data and performance reporting for senior leadership
  • Maintain compliance across asset and license management functions
  • Support global and local service governance and improvement framework

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in IT service delivery or operations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles (certification is a plus)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Fluent English (mandatory); proficiency in Dutch or French is highly desirable
  • Service-oriented, resilient, and capable of managing risk effectively
