Editx in Brussels is seeking an IT Service Continuity Officer to define and implement the IT Service Continuity Management strategy. You will work within the CISO team, closely collaborating with technical experts and external providers to ensure IT resilience and business continuity.

Your role includes coordinating all matters related to IT service resilience, assessing infrastructure resilience, and developing disaster recovery plans. This position is pivotal for promoting awareness and training on IT service continuity throughout the organization.

Responsabilités

• Assess infrastructure resilience, including GCP and Azure.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and testing cycles.

The IT Service Continuity Officer is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) strategy. You will be part of the CISO team and work closely with technical experts, architects, and external providers to ensure IT resilience and business continuity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordinator for all matters related to IT service resilience.
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks linked to IT service continuity and disaster recovery.
• Assess infrastructure resilience (data centers, GCP, Azure IaaS/PaaS).
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and testing cycles.
• Promote awareness and training on IT service continuity within the organization.
• Collaborate with external service providers to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
