Materialise is seeking an accomplished security leader to define long-term security strategy and design supporting Materialise business. You will drive secure infrastructure implementation and testing practices, protecting commercial and internal applications and data across global teams.

You will establish and deliver technical direction, identify opportunities to improve using new technologies, and own Network and Security infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, Information Security or equivalent by experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in a strong security environment.
• Relevant security certifications are an added value.
• High-level cybersecurity skills at network and infrastructure level.
• Endpoint protection skills.
• Strong focus on Endpoint Security.
• Critical thinker, pragmatic and self-organized.
• Strong leadership and excellent project management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Master at least three product technologies: Cloud (AWS, Azure) Security; M365 Security features; Endpoint protection; Privileged management; Next-generation firewalling; Security incident management.

Responsabilités

• Establish and deliver consistent technical direction with management.
• Identify opportunities to improve and use new networking/security-related technologies.

• Guide implementation of security measures in different areas.
• Enforce governance and provide support and operational escalation for the production security environment.
• Act as point of contact for security-related issues.
• Translate regulatory compliance requirements into implementation actions.
• Design a secure framework for the business.
• Train and coach junior security engineers.
• Manage and coordinate critical incidents.
• Design the strategic view of a secure network environment.
