Overview

Since 2016, Dataroots has grown from its two founders to over 150 employees. To continue this growth, we’re looking for a true Dataroots ambassador who can both bring the right talent on board and elevate our recruitment team to the next level.

As our newest Recruitment Specialist and Team Lead, you’ll have a dual responsibility:

  1. Full-cycle recruitment for one of our sister entities

    You’ll be solely responsible for sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, closing, and onboarding candidates. In this role, you’ll recruit profiles such as SAP specialists for our Cloud & Apps team, as well as Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers for our Business & Digital Transformation team.

    To achieve this, you’ll build a strong network in the IT and business world through LinkedIn, events, job fairs, referrals, and other creative channels. You’ll also manage job openings with enthusiasm and precision, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

  2. Leading our recruitment team

    As Team Lead, you’ll follow up on the team’s progress, practices, and daily queries, and provide regular updates to our HR Manager. You’ll also lead various projects aimed at improving internal processes and strengthening our external presence. With a sharp eye for detail, you constantly look for ways to enhance the team’s day-to-day and long-term performance, while staying on top of the latest recruitment and HR trends.

  • As a team lead, you’ll guide, coach, and inspire colleagues while driving recruitment excellence across the organisation.

  • Thriving in a fast-growing environment, you value flexibility and collaboration in equal measure.

  • Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree, you combine independence with strong ownership, proactive in your approach yet always keeping the team aligned and motivated.

  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English completes your profile.
