AmRest Holdings SE is seeking an IT Project Manager in Belgium to lead planning, coordination and execution of critical technical projects. You will ensure seamless production releases and collaborate with external partners while keeping stakeholders informed to drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities include developing a Project Management Plan, gathering and guiding teams, managing stakeholder engagement, tracking progress and organizing steering meetings with senior leaders

Qualifications

• Several years of project management experience in large-scale technical initiatives.
• PMP or similar certification is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of critical technical projects to delivery on time, budget, scope and quality.
• Develop a Project Management Plan covering organization, roles, schedules, budget, risk and quality.
• Gather, lead and motivate project team members to meet targets.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication.
• Organize steering meetings with directors and C-level executives.
