What you can expect

Have you successfully led complex IT and digitalization projects and are now looking to drive lasting change with your experience? Our Dutch subsidiary, tegos Systems BV, is looking for a Project Manager (m/f/x) who will lead our customer projects to success with expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills – and who values autonomy and responsibility. Following a comprehensive onboarding phase, you will primarily work remotely, complemented by client visits and team meetings.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

• Independent management of complex IT and digitalization projects
• Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans and milestones
• Controlling project scope in terms of time, budget, and quality
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating project activities
• Communicating with stakeholders and participating in steering committees
• Managing conflicts and developing solutions throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensuring adherence to our project methodologies and standards

Your skill set

• Permanent residence in Belgium (or alternatively in France or The Netherlands) with an unlimited work and residence permit
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French and English – both written and spoken
• A completed degree in business administration, business IT, computer science, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in independently managing complex IT or digitalization projects
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems – ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Proficiency in both traditional and agile project management methods
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including at executive level
