Bleckmann is seeking an IT Product Owner to shape and drive the evolution of key applications. You will bridge business and IT, define priorities, manage backlogs, and guide development to deliver value.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards. You will balance functional and non-functional needs, contribute to roadmaps, and maintain a clear backlog with well-defined user stories for

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Ownership or bridging role between business and IT.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Understanding of software development life cycle and technical sustainability.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to balance business priorities, technical requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience collaborating with internal and/or external development teams.
• Proven track record in managing business-driven and technical change requests.

As an IT Product Owner, you play a key role in shaping and driving the evolution of several business-critical applications. You act as the link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into valuable digital solutions that contribute to long‑term success.

You are responsible for defining product priorities, managing the product backlog, and guiding the development process to deliver sustainable and high‑quality outcomes.

Your role

As an IT Product Owner, you own the product vision and backlog for a portfolio of applications. You collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical standards.

You balance functional requirements, technical improvements, and business priorities while maintaining a clear roadmap and ensuring continuous value delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business needs

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact regarding product vision and roadmap
• Gather business feedback and translate requirements into actionable backlog items
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments
• Communicate progress, priorities, and business impact clearly and effectively

Scrum Team Collaboration

• Participate actively in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Backlog Refinement sessions
• Provide business context and strategic direction to development teams
• Support decision‑making and clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle
• Help teams remain focused on achieving sprint goals and business outcomes

Quality & Acceptance

• Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed quality standards and Definition of Done
• Participate in testing, validation, and acceptance activities
• Monitor solution quality and user satisfaction
• Support continuous improvement of products and processes

What you bring

• Experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar bridging role between business and IT
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and technical sustainability
• Strong analytical and communication skills
