Automation and digitization are a structural part of REAZN's business strategy.
As IT/OT Manager you define, manage and coordinate all aspects of the entire IT/OT environment of REAZN and you are ultimately responsible for the IT/OT strategy, projects and operations within this domain.

The IT/OT Manager is responsible for developing and implementing an IT/OT group strategy in line with the business strategy and in further consultation with the various process owners across four domains:

• Security
• Applications
• Data
• Infrastructure

He/she defines an IT/OT roadmap with concrete projects in which the IT/OT Manager assumes the role of Project Manager.
He/she oversees and monitors the optimization and continuity of the systems and applications and maintains contacts with external partners.

The IT/OT Manager coordinates a team and is responsible for its further development.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Strategy:

• You are ultimately responsible for applications, IT infrastructure, OT, cyber security and supplier management within IT/OT domain;
• You analyze the needs of the organization and translate them into a strategy and then concrete IT/OT roadmap with projects that provide solutions to ensure continuity and improve the efficient operation of the organization;
• You take ownership regarding cybersecurity: You ensure further standardization, proactive monitoring and management of risks or vulnerabilities and ensure awareness among suppliers and employees;
• You keep the group's digital blueprint up-to-date (software, licenses, users, network infrastructure and hardware) in line with business needs and the budget framework;
• You manage the annual budget and provide updates on it to senior management. You also monitor cost effectiveness;
• You oversee and coordinate GDPR compliance for the group.
• You maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization to align strategy with current and future business needs;
• You organize training, workshops and awareness sessions related to IT for the entire organization;
• You are the point of contact for vendors in projects and day-to-day support. You oversee and manage daily IT activities in collaboration with external service providers; Focusing on continuous improvement and building strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

Project Management:

• You are responsible for coordinating, organizing and evaluating projects. For IT/OT you act as Project Manager and are responsible for monitoring scope, directing resources (internal and external), budget and timing in accordance with business needs;
• You are responsible for project planning with the necessary buffers a helicopter view that provides the framework for the team;
• You are responsible for budget management.

People Management:

• You are responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring and developing employees. You determine internal / external capabilities, and are responsible for the further development of the team.

Profile

• You enjoyed a bachelor's or master's degree in an IT or OT related field;
• You have experience in a similar position as IT or OT Manager in all its aspects, including people management responsibility;
• You are a generalist and have a good conceptual knowledge of OT/ IT Infrastructure, applications, security and data governance;
• Experience in making ICT department work efficiently;
• Experience with policy and strategy development;
• Experience with GDPR is an asset;
• You have experience in a manufacturing or supply-chain organization;
• You have strong analytical thinking skills;
• You are an excellent team player;
• Persuasive and enthusiastic leadership;
• You have a helicopter view, take a pragmatic approach and can think along with the organization;
