Van de Velde Packaging Group is seeking an IT Operations & Support Manager to ensure a stable, secure, high-performing IT environment across all sites. You will lead the IT Operations & Support function and drive harmonization of the local IT landscape into a unified operating model.

You will manage external providers, oversee infrastructure and end-user services, strengthen cybersecurity, and champion standardization and continual improvement across the group to enable international growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 8–10 years in IT operations, infrastructure or ITSM.
• International multi-site experience.
• Experience managing external IT service providers and outsourcing.
• Strong governance, SLA and vendor management background.
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Entra ID experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

• Manage strategic IT service providers and ensure SLA/KPI delivery.
• Secure and stabilize IT infrastructure and end-user services.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of IT operations.
• Coordinate cross-site IT transformation projects and governance.
• Support cloud-first transition and global IT standards.
• Ensure business continuity and cybersecurity initiatives.
