Altenova is seeking an IT Operations Lead to shape the group’s IT direction from the Ophasselt (Geraardsbergen) headquarters. You will lead a seven-person IT team, balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery, and drive secure, compliant IT services across all entities.

You will set the IT roadmap, coordinate architecture decisions and migration efforts, and work with management and external partners to realise the plan.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least seven years of experience in a broad IT environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in multi-site or international environments is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a seven-person IT team and set priorities for effective collaboration.
• Define IT strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the entire group.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and standardised IT services across entities.
• Harmonise SharePoint and document management with clear structures and permissions.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud solutions, and endpoint management initiatives.
• Collaborate with management, local IT, and external partners.
