Stanley/Stella is seeking a senior digital platform leader to own the operational health of its web ecosystem, including the website, APIs and future web applications. You will guard the roadmap, ensure security, stability and scalability while collaborating with product owners and strategic web partners.

In this role you will drive incident management, vendor governance, and architectural decisions, while embracing modern technologies and AI-enabled capabilities to deliver tangible business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Application Management, Service Management or Digital Platforms.
• Experience with business-critical web applications or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the performance, stability and security of the web application landscape.
• Manage incidents, problems, releases and application lifecycle activities.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and platform health.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous operational improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security and business continuity requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate operational processes and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders on roadmap initiatives.
• Assess technical feasibility, risks, dependencies and operational impacts.
• Ensure new capabilities are scalable, future-ready and maintainable.
• Drive continuous improvement through modern technologies, automation and AI-enabled capabilities where relevant.
• Govern our strategic web partners and service providers.
• Steer external developers and support teams.
• Lead operational and service review meetings.
• Ensure knowledge, documentation and support readiness are maintained.
• Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, PIM, Data Lake and other core platforms.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology evolution.
• Promote standardization, scalability and long-term sustainability.
• Assess how AI services, agents and automation capabilities can be safely integrated into the digital ecosystem.

Your purpose at Stanley/Stella

Join Stanley/Stella’s Digital & AI team and help run, scale, and evolve the web ecosystem that powers our B2B digital experience .

Your Mission

You own the operational health of Stanley/Stella's web ecosystem, including website/webshop, APIs and (future) web applications. While business teams own the product vision and roadmap, you act as the technical guardian of that roadmap, ensuring solutions are secure, stable, scalable and aligned with our technology standards.

You are supported in that mission by strategic web partners providing dedicated development and support capabilities. Your role is to steer this extended team, drive operational excellence and leverage emerging technologies #genAI where they create tangible business value.

Your role and impact

Service Ownership & Operations (40%)

• Own the performance,stabilityand security of the web application landscape.

• Assess how AI services,agentsand automation capabilities can be safely integrated into the digital ecosystem.

About you

Your profile:

• 8+ years in Application Management, Service Management or Digital Platforms.
• Experience with business-critical web applications or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong alignment with ST/ST’s core values of Respect, Transparency, Entrepreneurship and Customer-Centricity.
• Can cope with a sometimes-demandingenvironment(scale-up context).
• Strong ability to collaborate transversally within the IT / Data Transformation team, contributing to shared priorities, consistent deliverypracticesand a coherent information systems vision.

Technical Knowledge– must have’s:

• Applicationlifecycle and service management.
• Web applications and digital commerce platforms.Magento / Adobe Commerce experience is a plus.
• APIs and system integrations.Experiencewith product data management(PIM)is highly appreciated.
• Monitoring,observabilityand release management.
• Exposure to modern web frameworks (e.g.React, TypeScript)andAI tooling(e.g.LLMs,Langfuse)
• Ability to engage confidently with developers,architectsand AI specialists on technical design and implementation topics.
