Job summary

Cairos is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager (F/H/X) to ensure service continuity and align infrastructure with business goals in Belgium. You will define and implement the infrastructure strategy, oversee networks, systems, servers, cloud platforms and security, and coordinate internal teams and external providers.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.

Mission

You play a key role in guaranteeing IT service continuity and in aligning infrastructure solutions with business objectives. Your mission includes defining and implementing the infrastructure strategy, overseeing technical environments (networks, systems, servers, cloud platforms, and security), and coordinating internal teams and external service providers. You lead infrastructure-related projects, manage major incidents, ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and apply best practices in terms of security, risk management, and operational excellence.

Profile

You have a strong background in IT infrastructure management within complex or mission-critical environments. You combine solid technical expertise with leadership skills and a strategic mindset. You are able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate various stakeholders, and make informed decisions under pressure.
