D-NETWORK is seeking an IT Engineering Manager for an international medical technology company based in Mechelen. You will manage Tech Leads and software engineers, ensuring health, stability and evolution of platforms while balancing people leadership, technical direction and delivery quality.

In a regulated medical device setting, you will collaborate with engineering, verification, quality, security and regulatory teams to deliver compliant and innovative solutions.

Formación

• Experience leading software/engineering teams in complex, regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow the engineering team, coaching Tech Leads and engineers to ensure reliable delivery and growth.
• Define and evolve the technical roadmap and oversee architecture and governance with Tech Leads.
• Coordinate software, embedded, verification, quality and regulatory activities to ensure delivery aligned with compliance.
