IT Customer Operations Applications Manager
As part of the Functional IT team, you are responsible for managing the solution and leading the team across the full Customer Operations domain (Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution).
Responsibilities:
- You will act as the architect of the Customer Operations solution and tailor business needs to our template and translating them into different maturity levels. You will stay up to date with new innovations and embed them into our solution.
- You will plan and manage the long-term roadmap of projects in the field of Customer Operations in close collaboration with the business domain lead and business process specialists.
- You will lead a team of business analysts and manage the project portfolio within customer operations from ideation & design to successful delivery and go live.
- You dare to go broad in your domain and think outside of the box of the classic Sales & Distribution, expanding your horizons to other domains.
- You will grow alongside the internationalization of La Lorraine, integrating the expansion of new countries into the global La Lorraine template.
- You are an expert in the module of Sales & Distribution and hereby supporting your team leads during design & implementation of any project. You will have a complete overview of the solution and help elevate the maturity & knowledge of your team.
- You will work closely with your colleague responsible for ‘Service Management’ ensuring a complete knowledge transfer after delivery of a new project.
You will work from one of our La Lorraine offices in Belgium (Ninove, Haaltert or Erpe-Mere). You will be part of the international IT team and report to the Competence Centre Lead Finance & Customer Operations.
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
- You have profound experience in SAP SD/LE and have taken a leading role in several greenfield implementations.
- You have developed strong people management skills through team leadership or project management roles. Experience in change management is a plus.
- You are very analytical and a conceptual thinker with an innovative mindset.
- You are customer-oriented and can communicate fluently and clearly with your stakeholders in English. Any other language is a plus.
- You are result-oriented and a real problem solver.
