Medista NV in Belgium is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support our logistics and pharmaceutical operations. You will map applications, coordinate IT requirements, and drive small projects while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and continuous process improvement.

You will work in a collaborative IT environment, liaising with external experts, coaching on impacts, and helping align IT initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of transportation and logistics; willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceuticals; willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage own agenda.
• Clear and fluent communication with colleagues.
• Basic English; knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset.
• Experience in Software/IT within an integrated IT environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision / Dynamics is a gamechanger.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an overview of all software applications and their interactions.
• Liaise with external IT experts and coach on secondary impacts.
• Organize IT requirements and align with future processes and ways of working.
• Manage small IT projects independently with support from project managers for larger engagements.
• Contribute to IT team structure and document own work / review external documentation.
• Manage internal IT systems to deliver digital benefits across the organization.
• Resolve day-to-day IT issues in a pragmatic manner.
• Engage directly with stakeholders in an open and direct manner.
