Pollet Pool Group is seeking an experienced functional/IT business analyst to serve as the go-to link for IT and process-related queries across divisions, with a focus on the medical division. You will translate needs into automated solutions and manage tasks and projects end-to-end.

You bring around five years of relevant experience, hold a master’s degree, and are fluent in Dutch and English (French a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant work experience as an analyst.
• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
• Drafting functional analyses and technical designs.
• Designing and conducting functional user tests.
• Assisting with design of documents and reports.
• Supporting go-live, delivering workshops and aftercare.
• Overseeing master data transformations.
• Writing and maintaining documentation and procedures.
• Reporting to the application manager.
