Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior IT and cyber control and compliance officer to design, implement and maintain ICT controls. You will help demonstrate regulatory compliance and update the processes and procedures supporting information security.

You will lead control design, coordinate execution across teams and external resources, and report results to management and internal audit. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in information security and IT process controls management.
• Knowledge of IT/security procedures, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS and ANSSI.
• Experience with metrics definition and dashboarding.
• Experience designing and implementing ICT process controls.
• Understanding end-to-end ICT process flows and control needs.
• Ability to explain ICT controls to business stakeholders.
• Experience drafting reports and presenting to senior management.
• Strong analytical skills and clear writing.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Master's degree in IT/Science/Engineering or equivalent ICT audit/control certification.

• At least five years of experience in information security, IT process controls management and IT/security controls.
• Knowledge of IT/security procedures, internal security control standards, regulatory requirements, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS and ANSSI.
• Experience with metrics definition and dashboarding.
• Experience designing and implementing ICT process controls.
• Understanding of end-to-end ICT process flows and control needs.
• Ability to explain the importance of ICT controls to business stakeholders.
• Experience drafting reports and memos, and presenting to senior management.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and clear, concise writing.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• A master's degree in IT or science, or an engineering degree, with a strong ICT control background. Equivalent experience or ICT audit/control certification also qualifies.
• French, C1 (spoken and written).
• English, C1 (spoken and written), with excellent writing skills.

Nice to have

• Project management skills and knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Certifications in the ISO27k series, CISA or CISSP.
• Banking experience.
• Dutch, B2 (spoken and written).
