We are looking to strengthen our central IT department! As an IT Analyst, you play a crucial role in the analysis and implementation of IT projects within the Pollet Group. You will specialize in assigned domains – from ERP implementations and master data platforms to webshop integrations and reporting tools – and translate business needs into concrete digital solutions.

You prepare analysis dossiers and discuss them with developers. You follow up with developers, test solutions, and write test scenarios. You provide documentation, create manuals, and train users or support staff. You support the project manager with continuous feedback and coordination. You provide second-line advice within your domain and work closely with support.

Profile

• You have (initial) experience as an analyst or functional consultant in software implementations.
• You can produce functional analyses and understand how to guide developers.
• You hold a master’s degree or combine knowledge and experience at a comparable level.
• You are analytical, pragmatic, and results-oriented, with strong prioritization skills.
• You enjoy learning new tools and gaining expertise in ERP environments.
• You communicate clearly and fluently in Dutch and English.
• You are willing to travel occasionally to our European subsidiaries.
