Qualifications

• posses a university degree from an institute of recognized standing or Armed Forces equivalent in a relevant field.
• have at least 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in support of Joint ISR activities.
• extensive experience with the TCPED cycle and IRM/CM processes in multinational and NATO operations.

1. SUMMARY

The BICES Group Executive (BGX), a NATO entity, is the executive body of the BICES Group (BG). The BG exists to enable the sharing and exchange of Intelligence and Information between and amongst the NATO nations, with NATO, with other non-NATO nations and Organizations. The BGX, under the leadership of the Director, is comprised of the following pillars: Intelligence and Enterprise Services (IES) Division, Programmes, Engineering and Maintenance (PEM) Division, Operations and Security Services (OSS) Division and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Cell.

The ISR Cell is located in the BICES Group Executive at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. It is established and funded by the BICES ISR Community through the BICES ISR Working Group (BISRWG). The mission of the BISRWG, which is primarily carried out through the ISR Cell, is to coordinate and direct the establishment of a BICES integrated capability for multinational federated ISR Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED), ensuring interoperability and integration with NATO capabilities in support of national, NATO and non-NATO operations.

Under the supervision of the BGX ISR Capabilities Implementation Coordinator, the incumbent's primary role is to support and coordinate the operational planning, implementation, testing, and validation of enduring BICES-enabled ISR and GEOINT capabilities, while providing specialist support to BICES ISR National Representatives and BICES Community stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of Joint ISR objectives on BICES.

2. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

• possess a University degree from an institute of recognized standing or Armed Forces equivalent in a relevant field, such as International Security, International Relations, or technical degrees in Joint ISR (JISR) related fields;
• have at least 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in support of the Joint ISR activities and/or in at least one of the Intelligence collection disciplines;
• have extensive demonstrated experience in running the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) cycle, conducted in both national/multinational and NATO operations;
• have extensive demonstrated experience in the Intelligence Requirements Management & Collection Management (IRM&CM) process in both national/multinational
