PeakSeek in Brussels is seeking a senior Investor Relations professional to lead relationships with institutional investors and engage closely with senior management. The role coordinates communications and information requests across the firm, supports investor meetings, and drives ongoing investor engagement.

The successful candidate will manage a sophisticated investor base, working across internal teams to ensure high-quality service and develop the IR function for continued maturity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience managing relationships with sophisticated institutional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of investment products, funds and institutional investment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable operating at a senior level and engaging directly with senior executives and investors.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate across multiple internal functions.
• Experience in a traditional Investor Relations role is not essential; strong institutional investment or allocator backgrounds will also be considered.

This is a senior, high-visibility position within the organisation, working closely with senior management and taking responsibility for maintaining and developing relationships with a sophisticated institutional investor base.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring strong and consistent engagement with investors and coordinating effectively across the organisation.
