Job summary

Candriam is seeking an Investment Support Officer to assist the Institutional Portfolio Management team with data accuracy, performance analysis and investment support. The role interfaces with front office, risk, reporting and IT to ensure smooth operation.

The candidate will contribute to portfolio monitoring, governance, and investment decision support, with emphasis on Excel, VBA, and reporting tools, in a multilingual European environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in an asset management environment or as portfolio support.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and ESG considerations.
• Excellent data management, Excel modeling, and cross-team coordination abilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support investment processes for Institutional Portfolio Management with NAV validation, limit monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Assist portfolio construction, rebalancing, and benchmark risk exposure replication.
• Manage liquidity through money market and repo oversight.
• Prepare data for economic presentations, committees, and client materials.
• Develop and enhance investment tools in Excel, VBA, Power BI, and related systems.
